Hi!
Welcome to my web site. I hope you find some resources that you can use to research your real estate interests in central Virginia. I look forward to helping you purchase your home or land in the region, or sell the property you already own. In this section of the site, allow me to introduce myself to you.
That’s me in the picture above with my father and brothers. I am the one top right. I used to say that I am the handsome one, but people kept getting it wrong! ;) I’m a Navy brat. We moved around a bit when I was young. Born in Connecticut, our roots are in Wisconsin. (Yep! I’m a cheesehead!) We also lived in San Diego and Hawaii but when Dad was transferred to Washington DC, the entire family fell in love with the beauty of Virginia. Aside from a couple of years at Penn State (Go Lions!) I have been here ever since. I like to tell people that my wife and I moved to Charlottesville to get out of Fairfax, then moved to Madison to get out of Charlottesville. I’ll let you in on a little secret . . . that’s not really true. We enjoy both areas, but with its Blue Ridge views by day and star-filled nights, beautiful Madison County really called to us. While Charlottesville remains a daily hub for us, Madison is also located in equal proximity to Culpeper. It’s like having our own smaller version of the twin cities without the hustling, bustling metropolis or all of those troublesome Vikings fans running around. (I told you I am a cheesehead!)
So here we are. After a career in information technology, I have made the move to a true passion for me—real estate. I really love it and the opportunities that working in real estate afford me. Most important of all is the opportunity to work with you. I have met and befriended so many wonderful people. It is hard to refer to them as clients or customers. They are my friends. It has been my pleasure helping them realize their dreams of home ownership. There is something special about finding a home that you love. A place to call your own; a place to raise a family; a place to spend your retirement years; or a place to use for just a few months of the year to enjoy your favorite Virginia season. And as a land owner myself, I also know the joy that comes from the experience of Virginia’s outdoors.
